how does shipping work?
I ship my small flat items, like stickers and prints, in untracked envelopes thru USPS! Delivery time will depend, but will usually arrive in 1–5 business days!
I ship larger items, like plushies, in bubble mailers or boxes thru USPS. A tracking number will be provided via email. The delivery time will vary, but will usually arrive in 2–5 business days!
what if i didn't recieve my order?
Please make sure when inputting your address, that it is correct and includes any extra information, such as an apartment number. If your order hasn't arrived in 2+ weeks, please send me a message on instagram (@catnolio) or via the contact page. I'll try my best to provide a solution!

what is silly mail society?
Silly Mail Society is a snail mail art club subscription on my ko-fi where I send an exclusive postcard and sticker to your mailbox every month! Previous months' designs are sold in my ko-fi shop which is only accessible by members.
There are also loyalty rewards offered at 3 month intervals. If you stick around for 3 months in a row, you get a reward! A new reward will be given at 6 months, 9 months, and finally 1 year! These rewards are 3" experimental stickers that are designed with a unique material, such as holographic glitter, metallic mirror, etc.
